Terms of use

What Cleench is

Cleench is a management tool that lets content creators receive and organize collaboration requests. By creating an account or sending a request, you accept these terms.

Free beta

Cleench is in beta and free while it lasts. It may change, have bugs or be temporarily unavailable. We'll email you before the beta ends or paid plans are introduced, and you'll never be charged for anything you haven't explicitly signed up for.

What Cleench isn't

Cleench isn't an agency, a representative, or a marketplace. It doesn't look for collaborations, take part in any deal, or handle payments. Deals, their terms, and their fulfillment are solely the responsibility of the creator and the brand.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your password and for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from your profile.

Acceptable use

You can't use Cleench to send spam, harass, impersonate others, commit fraud, publish illegal content, or try to break the service. We may suspend accounts or block access that breaks these rules.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You allow us to host and display it only to provide the service. You're responsible for what you publish and send.

Availability and liability

Cleench is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, about how it works, its availability or its fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors, or that data won't be lost, so keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for deals between creators and brands, or for indirect damages, lost business or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you can't legally waive, or liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce important changes. They're governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be resolved by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. For any questions, write to [email protected].
